Through this training, together, we will explore the Seven Steps to Reconciliation and Allyship™ and develop the core competencies you need to work confidently alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
The 7 Steps™ – Interactive Workshops
The '7 Steps to Reconciliation' Program is a simple, engaging, interactive online training program for you and your team.
Your staff will learn practical communication skills to build confident relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. They’ll explore the shared history of both nations, and learn how to approach challenging situations in the workplace. More importantly, they’ll have fun!
Allow one hour for each module.
Online Delivery
All participants need is a computer with internet access and a webcam. Sessions are live and interactive, facilitated by Evolve’s Directors, Aunty Munya Andrews and Carla Rogers. Each module is a one-hour session. You can choose from just one to all seven modules.
Face–to–Face Delivery
Sessions are facilitated by our network of Indigenous Accredited Facilitators across Australia. Flexible formats are available, with the most popular being a three-hour format (three modules) or full-day (seven modules).
